Nutrition: Our diet focuses on high protein, low fat content to help blast fat fast and help reset your insulin. The Multivitamin will help make sure that during the diet you do not become nutrient deficient. The Trim Away appetite suppressant helps you control hunger and stay on track. The EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) help to increase the metabolism. The KLB-5 helps rid your body of excess inches. The Calcium Magnesium and Potassium plus Kelp will help keep your system running optimally. Our Natural Fiber helps to maintain regularity.

Let's get started.

1. Choose the flavors of V.H.P. (Very High Protein) meal replacement shakes you wish: Chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla. Choose 2 boxes. Each box contains 7 packets. (14 meals) (35g protein)

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT, BUT ARE RECOMMENDED FOR VARIETY IN THE DIET:

2. Choose 2 boxes of Drinks, not to be confused with the shakes. (14 drinks) (15g protein)

3. Choose 1 box of soups or get the variety pack. (7 soups) (15g protein)

4. Choose 1 Shake/Pudding box or get the variety pack. (7 Shakes/Puddings) (15g protein)

5. Make sure to add the Multivitamin, Trim Away , Calcium Magnesium, Potassium Plus Kelp, EFA, KLB-5 and the Natural Fiber . They are very important in this challenge.

Now let’s start the challenge.

1. Start every morning with 12 oz. of water and take 2 Trim Away before breakfast. Then drink a meal replacement shake. Make sure you take your Multivitamin at this time as well.

2. Mid-morning have one orange, apple or a fist full of strawberries with 12 oz. of water. You should take your Calcium Magnesium and Potassium Plus Kelp at this time.

3. For lunch you can choose 7 oz. of protein from the protein chart provided. This protein will help keep you satisfied longer. Pair it with your favorite vegetables from the approved veggie list. Drink 12 oz. of water. Take the EFA and Natural Fiber with lunch.

4. Afternoon choose from your soup, shake or drink. Drink 12 oz. of water.

5. Every dinner will be your choice of protein, beef, chicken or fish, to be eaten no later than 7 P.M. Choose one of our Sassy Sauces to add flavor and zest to your protein of choice. Drink 12 oz. of water and take the KLB-5.


*Mix 1 packet of Herbal Fiber with your water or shake (it is flavorless) and drink once a day to help maintain regularity.

EAT LOTS OF SALAD! Drink 12 oz. of water.

Salad Dressings:

Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing:

  • 4 to 6 strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of sea salt
  • dash of cayenne (optional)
  • pepper to taste
  • Stevia to taste

Add all ingredients into blender and mix well.

Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. dried Thyme
  • ¼ Tsp. sea salt
  • 1.4 Tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. dried basil
  • ¼ Tsp. garlic powder

Add all ingredients into blender and mix well.

Dill Dressing

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp. dried dill
  • 1 Tsp. garlic powder
  • 1. Tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tsp. onion powder

Add all ingredients into blender and mix well.

Tips, Ideas and Suggestions for Completing the Challenge

1. Make yummy soups by adding approved vegetables to your Ideal Weight Away soup. The soups are actually very creamy.

2. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER shake a protein mix with hot water in a closed container. It may explode and make a mess and could burn you! If you want to mix with hot water, use a small whisk instead of shaking.

3. Do not drink alcohol.

4. Be careful not to overcook your Ideal Weight Away products. Cook them gently and slowly. If you microwave, use a lower power setting and monitor every 30 seconds until you learn how each products works in your microwave.

5. Measure your water carefully. A small change in the quantity of water will change the consistency and cooking time. You are welcome to vary the amounts of water you use in the different products, but just do it gradually so that you can determine the effect.

6. Take notes on the water measurements, heat settings, and timings that work for you. Keep a chart in your kitchen for easy reference.

7. Rinse, soak or wash your dirty dishes right away. Protein residue is difficult to clean off if it has had time to solidify.

8. Did you know that hot drinks are satiating? Drink all the hot tea you want and it will help you feel full!

9. Do not to eat after 7 P.M. You will continue to burn calories if you eat at least 2 hours before bed!

10. Add cinnamon to your puddings and hot drinks. Cinnamon has been shown to have lots of benefits including lowering LDL cholesterol and regulating blood sugar.

11. If you were/are an Ideal Protein user the items made by the same company as Ideal Protein are noted on the website. They are similar and ½ the price!!!

12. Please limit your salt intake. This is an inflammatory product and can stall weight loss.

13. Use Stevia if you would like to sweeten up your coffee or tea.
